It’s a standard governing document required by most Student Activities Offices to become a recognized student organization. So this will just take a simple click to have the foundation for starting your very own U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service club!
When your student group is an officially recognized student organization on campus, you will need to sign this affiliation agreement and send it in to us. Make sure you send it with your $100 check to U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services. You can send it to 1849 C Street Northwest, Washington D.C., DC. Once we recieve it we will let you know, and its all official.
